Die V-LINE GROUP, weltweit f\u00fchrend in der MRO<\/dfn>-Versorgung ( Wartung, Reparatur und Instandhaltung), gab ihren neuen Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer f\u00fcr ihre Tochtergesellschaft V-LINE MIDDLE EAST COMPANY LTD. bekannt. Am 1. Mai 2020 \u00fcbernahm Hasnain Jamil, der auf eine jahrzehntelange Erfahrung bei V-LINE zur\u00fcckblicken kann, die Leitung von V-LINE MIDDLE EAST von Shahzad Haider, Mitbegr\u00fcnder, CEO und Vorstandsmitglied. Haider \u00fcbernimmt eine beratende Funktion.<\/p>\n

Der Wechsel wurde intern bereits am 5. Dezember 2019 angek\u00fcndigt, im Geiste des F\u00fchrungswechsels von V-LINE hin zu einer Strategie des Generationswechsels, die vom Gr\u00fcnder und Vorsitzenden der V-LINE GROUP, Detlef Daues, eingeleitet wurde.<\/p>\n

Hasnain Jamil ist seit \u00fcber 10 Jahren unter der F\u00fchrung von Shahzad Haider bei V-LINE t\u00e4tig. Zuvor war er als Manager Global Business f\u00fcr den Markt im Nahen Osten t\u00e4tig. Von Beruf Werkstoffingenieur, hat er an der f\u00fchrenden Universit\u00e4t Pakistans, dem Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences & Technology, studiert und ist seit 2010 bei der V-LINE GROUP besch\u00e4ftigt. Dort wuchs er zur Leitung von verschiedenen Projekten und Abteilungen heran. Dank dieser F\u00fchrung konnte V-LINE ein Wachstum erzielen und sich zu einem au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlichen Einflussfaktor in der MRO<\/dfn>-Versorgungskette auf dem Markt des Nahen Ostens entwickeln.<\/p>\n

K\u00fcrzlich schloss er das Executive MBA Alternative (PLD) der Harvard Business School ab und ist weiterhin im Leadership Executive Education Program eingeschrieben, um den Alumini-Status der Harvard Business School zu erlangen.<\/p>\n

W\u00e4hrend der \u00dcbergangsphase befand sich Hasnain Jamil teilweise in der Ausbildung und arbeitete eng mit Shahzad Haider zusammen, um einen reibungslosen Wechsel an der Spitze zu erm\u00f6glichen.
