Today, on 1 October 2025, Jörg Hönemann officially joined V-LINE GROUP as our new CEO. His first day started right where our journey began 46 years ago – at our headquarters in Sehnde – with a warm get-together alongside the V-LINE family.
After a look back at the milestones that shaped V-LINE, our founder and owner Detlef Daues symbolically passed the leadership baton to Jörg Hönemann. Daues will continue to support the company throughout the transition and beyond.
Hönemann brings with him a wealth of international leadership experience from companies such as Julius Meinl Coffee Group, Bahlsen and EY. More importantly, he shares V-LINE’s passion for building strong partnerships and keeping customer success at the heart of everything we do.
As Jörg himself said: “I am excited to shape the next chapter of V-LINE together with the team. My goal is to further develop the company, strengthen our market position, and seize new opportunities for the future.”
With this leadership transition, V-LINE is ready to continue its mission: supporting our partners in achieving their goals – today and tomorrow.
