V-LINE GROUP announced a change in company leadership as part of a strategic realignment.

Sehnde, 23.06.2025. The V-LINE GROUP, a leading supply chain solutions provider for MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) supply, announced a change in company leadership as part of a strategic realignment. Effective today, company owner, founder and former CEO Detlef Daues, has reassumed executive leadership responsibilities for an interim period.

This step reflects a sharpened strategic focus aimed at strengthening V-LINE’s market position further and aligning its services even more closely with the evolving needs of its international customer base.

“In a rapidly changing market environment, we are convinced that this transition will help us sharpen our direction and act with even greater agility and customer centricity,” states Detlef Daues, new CEO of V-LINE GROUP and of V-LINE EUROPE GmbH.

Tilman Mieseler, former CEO since November 2019, has stepped down from his role. The shareholder and the V-LINE team thank him sincerely for his dedicated work and the valuable contribution he made to the company over the past years. His impact will remain an integral part of V-LINE’s journey.

The change in leadership marks a continuation of the company’s development, combining proven expertise with strategic momentum for the future. The management remains committed to maintaining trusted relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners worldwide.
