Congratulations to our three graduated apprentices!
After 2.5 years of training, Roman Lindt, Sören Meyer, and Maximilian Metzger have successfully completed their apprenticeships in wholesale and foreign trade management. Training manager Isabelle Hutschenreuter and Chief HR Officer Arne Hartmann congratulate the former apprentices on this important milestone in their professional careers.
V-LINE EUROPE is a leading international service provider for MRO spare parts procurement, headquartered in Sehnde near Hanover. More than 150 employees work at the site, with around 250 worldwide. The training of young talent is a high priority at V-LINE and is characterized by close support and practical insights into the specialist areas. The company has been certified as an excellent training company with the Best Place to Learn seal of quality.
After successfully completing their training, Roman Lindt and Sören Meyer were hired on a permanent basis and are now an integral part of their respective teams: Sören in Customer Service and Roman in Procurement Service. The third apprentice Maximilian also passed his training and can now apply what he has learned in a new environment.
Training manager Isabelle Hutschenreuter looks back with pride on the completion of their training and the next steps in their careers: “I am delighted that Sören and Roman have successfully passed their exams, can now leave vocational school behind them, and have already started working as clerks in their teams. It’s great to see both of them in the V-LINE team for the future. I would also like to congratulate Max on successfully passing his exam and wish him all the best for his future.”
During their training, young professionals at V-LINE are given responsibility at an early stage and the opportunity to actively participate in day-to-day business and projects. Internal trainers accompany them continuously and support their professional and personal development.
CEO Jörg Hönemann also congratulates the former apprentices and emphasizes the importance of training for the company: “The successful completion of an apprenticeship is a significant milestone. It’s great to see how well our trainees are prepared for their future careers. Training young talent is a central part of our corporate culture and future.”
Roman Lindt and Sören Meyer are delighted to have completed their training: “We are particularly looking forward to really getting started now, with our full focus on the work. What we particularly liked about our training was the opportunity to work in all departments, which allowed us to get to know all our colleagues in the company and also to internalize the entire business process very well. Overall, we can look back on a very enjoyable time during which we learned a lot. We will especially miss the apprentice events, because they were always a nice balance. They were great activities and we had a good time with the other apprentices and Isabelle!”
V-LINE EUROPE is also looking for motivated apprentices who would like to start their professional journey at V-LINE in August 2026.
