V-LINE GROUP warmly welcomes Nadine Hartz and looks forward to working together as she takes on her new role.
The V-LINE GROUP is pleased to welcome Nadine Hartz as Chief Financial Officer and member of the Executive Team, effective October 1, 2026.
Her appointment is part of a planned succession process following the upcoming retirement of the current CFO, Dr. Dirk Schliephake, at the end of January 2027. During the transition phase, Nadine Hartz and Dr. Dirk Schliephake will work closely together to ensure a smooth and structured handover of responsibilities.
Nadine Hartz brings two decades of finance and controlling experience across family-owned businesses, listed companies, and consulting. Her experience includes leadership roles in financial planning & analysis and central controlling, as well as a strong track record of working closely with the business to drive performance and support strategic decision-making.
